This Privacy Policy explains how Pavel Koyfman, an individual developer based in Riga, Latvia ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the FlareHabit mobile app for Android (the "App"). We are the data controller. Contact: pavel4567@gmail.com.
We do not collect your precise or approximate GPS location, contacts, photos or files, and the App does not show advertising.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
When you create or continue a goal, the goal text, your setup answers and summary facts about your previous stage progress are sent to Google's Gemini models through Firebase AI Logic to generate your plan. Please do not include sensitive personal information (for example health details about other people) in your goal text. Google processes this data as our service provider under the Firebase and Google Cloud terms.
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your account and content for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your account and associated content are deleted from our active systems within 30 days. Analytics and crash data are retained according to Firebase retention settings (Analytics: up to 14 months; Crashlytics: about 90 days). Subscription transaction records may be retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as required for accounting and legal purposes.
You can delete your account and data in the App under Settings > Delete account. You can also request deletion without the App by following the instructions at https://pavelk2254.github.io/flarehabit-docs/delete-account.html. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription – cancel it in Google Play to stop future charges.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email pavel4567@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, https://www.dvi.gov.lv) or the authority in your country of residence.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country, up to 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with access restricted to your account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the App.
