FlareHabit Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the FlareHabit mobile app (the "App") provided by Pavel Koyfman, an individual developer based in Riga, Latvia ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.

2. Your account

Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete account or as described at https://pavelk2254.github.io/flarehabit-docs/delete-account.html.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and for lawful purposes.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the App or its services.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes the rights of others.

4. Generated plans

The App generates goal plans, stages, actions and habits automatically from the information you provide. They are general suggestions for motivation and self-organisation only and are not medical, psychological, nutritional, financial or other professional advice. Generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable for you. Consult a qualified professional before starting any health, fitness or diet program, and use your own judgement. You are responsible for your decisions and actions.

5. Premium subscription

• Some content, including Stage 3 and later stages of your goals, requires a Premium subscription.
• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country and include applicable taxes (for example €9.99 per month or €39.99 per year).
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel anytime in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. After cancellation, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policies, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
• Deleting your account or uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the App to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. In-app progress

XP, achievements and similar progression features are motivational only and have no monetary value.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, logos and content (other than your content and third-party images such as those from Unsplash) belong to us or our licensors.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date and notify you in the App of material changes.
